I ordered through the app for pickup at 530 and got stuck at work a little longer than I planned so I called and said that I would be there at 545. I arrived at 551 and my order was not even started. That is unacceptable. The lady said sorry but nothing was offered for the inconvenience nor was my order immediately begun. I had to head back to work so could not wait for them to make the whole order. I asked for my order to be refunded and hopefully that will happen. There is no point to ordering or paying through the app if those orders are going to ignored. I will never go back to this location.

There was no line but somehow we had to wait a while for an employee to come and get our order. They need more people working there.

Remember to check your online orders here because they almost always find a way to muck it up.

The best greeting this afternoon with a hefty, hearty "Welcome!" Just past the lunch rush hour, we received friendly, humorous, and speedy service. Love the freshness, temperatures, and seasoning of the food ingredients. We do and will visit this Chipotle often.

I usually don't have any complaints about chipotle, but I'm giving this location 4 stars because the chips are stale most of the time I get it. I'm really disappointed :( but everything else is like any other chipotle. They have brown rice with no extra charge. You can also ask for half/half meat option but they charge you for the more expensive meat. If you get a burrito bowl ask for tortilla on the side (no extra charge) so you can make your own burrito or however you want to eat it. Sometimes the chicken and steak are dry but it's still pretty flavorful. You can also ask for "more" rice, meat, or vegetables if you feel that they didn't give you enough.

I am a regular customer of Chipotle, and I personally enjoy their food; however, today was just not the day for my girlfriend and I. To keep it simple. Cons: 1. Too many workers (most not efficiently doing their jobs, especially when there's a line around the whole restaurant). 2. One of the workers was wearing a gold chain. 3. Many of the workers who were handling/cooking the food did not have hats on. 4. Chicken was bland. 5.Corn was frozen.

Food withOUT integrity. I've been to this chipotle at least 5 times since it first opened... And let me tell you - I should've trusted my gut instinct and went to the Chipotle in Riverside on Central Ave. Every time I've ordered from this location, I ordered online for pick-up. This time - I did the same. Super Bowl Sunday. 7pm. However, after I placed my order, I forgot to add rice - I called the store four times within a 20 minute time span and I guess I shouldn't have been surprised when no one answered. So.. I decided to drive the 5 minutes it would take to get to this location. They weren't busy. At all. So why is it hard to answer your business phone during business hours? Oh well, it's not that big of a deal. They offered me rice on the side. I took my order home and when I opened it - to my surprise - this watery mess appeared before my eyes. I didn't even touch the food and that's what I opened my burrito bowl up to see.. Is this the type of food you serve regularly? Coming from a manager at a food establishment, I'm disappointed and speechless. I'm not surprised anymore that a few of my co-workers have gotten food poisoning from this place, if this is the type of quality food you allow your establishment to serve.

Why is Chipotle sooooo great? I always get a chicken bowl with a tortilla on the side. Black beans, brown rice, onions/peppers, pico de gallo, cheese, lettuce and guacamole. My boyfriend gets a salad of some kind, the dressing is a super tasty vinaigrette that I always steal for my bowl. I love that they have so many tabascos also, I pour a little of each in my bowl along with the dressing. The tortillas are huge and tasty. I get them on the side rather than as a burrito because it makes me sad watching them struggle to wrap such a huge one.... Just kidding, I just like to eat it as a bowl. My only complaint this time was the onions/peppers weren't cooked enough, but luckily I don't mind raw onion too much. I had been craving Chipotle for awhile and this location certainly delivered!

I love going to chipotle. I've been to many & so far I like this one the most. Everyone is nice & when you walk in they all welcome you with a Big "WELCOME!" Of course like any other place it gets packed & there are huge lines & other times there isn't any at all. I like how they work fast & try to get the line clear before they get more people. One thing You do need to do is speak loud cause everyone is talking & the grill is going on & they can't hear what you are saying. If you aren't clear they can mess up & they'll have to start all over. CHIPS & GUAC are the best !! I would just saying come in knowing what you want & everything will go smooth. Don't get mad if they have a HUGE line it's not their fault everyone wants chipotle at the same time & take it easy on them. They aren't the only ones stressing over a long line.

Chipotle can do no wrong. If ever your chipotle experience is less than exemplary, it is due to human error. (Chipotle tends to hire incompetent workers) (Or maybe I'm just a chipotle snob) Nevertheless I would eat here everyday if I could afford it. They should really consider stamp cards. I love you

I can't believe that this location has so many bad reviews. I've been here more than 4 times and I Love this chipotle location! The staff is always welcoming and so friendly. It's nice to see them all smile. The food of course is Delicious! And the portion size is good. I say good because the ones in Miami fl overly packed the food but their staff was rude. I can never finish a bowl or burrito so to me the portion is just fine. I have to have a friendly staff and good food for me to keep coming back & this chipotle location has it.

If you're into people who can't wrap a burrito, you've come to the right place. There's one girl behind the counter who attempted to wrap a burrito, gave up for a few minutes, then decided to make the very first burrito BOX. Yes, come one come all for geometric shaped tex mex. On another note, the burrito box still wasn't terrible.

This is probably one of the more disappointing Chipotle locations I've been to. Let's just say that the two stars are for the service and warm welcoming upon walking in. However, I have been to this location several times thinking each time may improve, but it was not the case. The corn would often times be very cold, almost like it was frozen and didn't have enough time to defrost. The guacamole could be mixed more, for I would find really big chunks of avocado in my order and it also lacked flavoring. If I'm going to pay extra for the guac, I would hope that it would at least be of better quality. I also find the meat to be inconsistent here. The very first time I came here, I was told that the steak was cooked medium-medium well, which I have no problem with since it was the reason I've come back to this particular location so many times. I understand that this isn't the way it is normally served at all locations, however, there were a few times when the meat would be overly done and would be too tough to chew. Sometimes I would get chicken, and found it to be too dry as well. Overall, the location is easy to find and located in a nice little strip mall. The service is always good, its just the actual food that could use a little more care.

Very bad customer service! The employees are always having conversations with one another versus focusing on the customer. One employee in particular is very rude and mind is somewhere else rather than work. It's happened every time I've gone in.

Im highly upset with this chipotle . 2 strikes in my book the first was the white rice was hard in my burrito. 2nd time i came they ran out of white rice and there was a 20 minute wait and this happened during dinner time.Totally unacceptable in my book.Definently needs improvement.

So Chipotle is usually the place to be. Great food, good vibes, just a place to chill. I went in today and ordered a Double Chicken and Steak Bowl (my favorite). My service was perfect, quick and easy without a problem. I ordered my food to go and couldn't wait to eat it! After a few bites, I bit into this rare piece of steak. It completely ruined my appetite and when I started to pick around the bowl I saw it wasn't the only piece. I was a little down about it and decided to call and let the manager of Chipotle know. Instead of apologizing and saying they will fix it. He continued to go on and on about how they cook their food medium rare and if I want well done meat then make sure to ask before hand. I was thrown through a loop because I have never had meat like this before or ever had to special order my meat. Very disappointed at how this was handled.

No other post-workout meal really takes the cake than a burrito from Chipoodle! It is one of the healthier options that you can get in terms of Mexican food, and the bowls and burritos always manage to hit the spot. Consisting of beef, chipotle chiles, and assorted spices, barabacoa is one of my favorite meats to choose from. Really a great place to go for lunch or just to pick up a little something, especially if you don't mind waiting a bit in the long ass lines, but they move fast though, considering how there is a conveyor belt of workers just up ahead. Plus they have beer! (Try it and let me know how it is.)

  • Lissy B.

I've been to other Chipotles, but it was my first visit to this location. I have to give Chipotle credit for offering quality meats without hormones and antibiotics. Plus, they use as much local (and even organic) produce as possible. Here's what I had at this location: I ended up w/ a tasty, somewhat spicy BARBACOA burrito w/ the following in it: ~pinto beans - these are made w/ bacon, unlike the black beans (vegan). ~cilantro-lime white rice - next time I'm getting brown rice. ~guacamole - $1.90 extra for this one. Overpriced, but it tastes so good :))) ~sour cream ~cheese ~grilled veggies (nice) ~I choose the hot red salsa and milder green salsa (not mixed). *****Note: The guacamole is on the house when you order a veggie bowl***** The bad: Do NOT get the STEAK here... it's dry, flavorless, and it might just wear out your tooth enamel from how chewy-tough it is. Eek! Update on 10/27/13 ~ For those who want to eat GMO-free @ Chipotle - see link mamanatural.com/how-to-e…

I am all about customer service this chipotle is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. There employees have thee worst customer service skills I have ever experienced. My food was cold.

    (1)
  • April P.

By far the worst location. I hate the staff with a passion. They are very dismissive and will act like they don't hear you when you ask for things like corn or a second salsa. Once you finally get their attention, they will halfheartedly slap a couple kernels of corn or a sea of salsa onto your burrito, out of what seems like genuine spite. Their meat is always ice cold. The seasoning on everything is off. And it seems like they all have trouble doing the most basic of Chipotle tasks, like warming up a tortilla or closing a burrito without making a huge fuss. Every employee needs to take the onboarding training again. Customoer service and food quality are so severely lacking that this place represents the Chipotle brand in name only.

    (1)
  • Brianna O.

Awesome customer service! Came in ten minutes before closing to find that they had no more steak but Robert was kind enough to prepare steak enough for two bowls! Thanks, made my day!(:

  • Shoni R.

Since this location opened I have tried to give them the benefit of being brand new and not working out all the kinks. However, after my 6th visit I've realized it is just the management and the servers that are to blame. The food is COLD and UnderCooked!! This has happened on more than one occasion. And, they are BEYOND stingy with the servings. I mean who puts a scoop of meat on a burrito bowl and then take some off? WTF!! I will not be coming back to this place. It's overpriced and overrated.

  • Evie M.

The workers here are always so rude. I ask for extra salad and they always give an attitude. It's lettuce guys. It's not just one person, it feels like the whole restaurant is like this. The chipotle food chain itself is great, but the employees make this place the worst place to eat. I will never recommend this specific restaurant location to anyone. I hope the manager does a screen on his workers because some of them shouldn't be working there.

    (1)
  • Matthew L.

This Chipotle location is..... Alright.... Sometimes. Depending on what time you go the staff can either be decently friendly or just plain rude and same goes with their food. The line workers don't give the chefs ample time to prepare more of an ingredient which results in overcooked/undercooked food. They also give you small portions so I always have to ask for more of it just to even make it worth my money. If you're dying of a Chipotle craving don't get you're expectations too high and it shouldn't let you down too much. Side rant for Chipotle HR: Admittedly I applied to work for this location because I love Chipotle and I would love to see this location succeed in customer service. The GM was nice but he didn't seem to enforce rules too often. The apprentice who interviewed me for the 2nd interview on the other hand was extremely rude to me, barely giving me her time of day, she was late to the interview and worst of all she couldn't even remember my name after a barely 5 min interview. Fire her now and promote someone who will actually do their job.

Don't get me wrong I LOVE chipotle but the employees aren't too bright. My husband and I went in and ordered our food and when I was done ordering they were redoing my husbands order. Apparently when my husband asked for no rice they just went ahead piled it on anyway. He let them know "I said no rice" then the two employees just stared at the burrito for a while trying to figure out what to do. Then they threw out the rice and everything else already put on the burrito and realized that wasn't going to work because of the melted cheese all over it. So they went ahead and started over but by that time a couple customers had already gone in front of my husband and I'm sitting there waiting to pay while they finished the other customers orders first, (which by the way were not small orders) before finishing my husbands order and I had already been waiting a good 5-7 minutes. They could have just finished his burrito instead of making him wait behind the other customers. It was their fault they messed up to begin with.

This chipotle was good. They are very clean inside and outside. Everything was well stocked. They are very fast and friendly. The bell peppers were seasoned nicely. They gave us a generous amount of guacamole, which was amazing. Specially when most places are very stingy with that. The only thing that I had a problem with was that the chips were not cooked all the way. I bit into a couple of chips that were soft and basically tortilla. Other than that, it was amazing!

I absolutely love chipotle. Create your own bowl, burrito, or even tacos. I always order the same thing. Black beans, Brown rice and grilled chicken. Healthy and fast service.

  • Alexis Rose R.

I loved Chipotle until I came here today. I got corn in my bowl and when I got to sit down and eat, my corn was frozen. Of course they offered to either give me a refund or make me a new bowl and I chose to have a new bowl made. I was given a sample of corn from a batch that was "freshly made" in a plastic cup to help decide if I wanted corn again in my new bowl, but I could feel in my hand that the sample was frozen cold! This is so unacceptable to me for a food service to serve vegetables that are not fully thawed and say it's freshly cooked and ready to serve. My appetite was completely ruined taking a bite of my food and getting the texture of ICE! The service was fine and they did what they could, but the food items and utensils were understocked, and the food quality as I've experienced it today is a shame.

  • Elizabeth A.

Heard it was new in town and had to try. I got their chicken burrito. overall portions are good but they need to assign someone who knows how to wrap them! The girl was struggling and asking for more tortillas because she kept ripping them. Everyone was very friendly but I was disappointed in the decor and size of the place.

This location is sorry as heck, and the prices are out rages. $21.00 dollars for lunch, and the food taste like crap. I will never goto this place again. The only good thing about this location is Jersey mikes is next door.

  • Amanda F.

Always the friendliest of staff! I love going in, waiting in a long line (understandable since their food is top notch fresh and there's only so much speed humans can work with out trowing food everywhere! LOL and the line really does move in a steady pace) and when I get to the first employee i am smiled at and socialized with while they efficiently get me in and out. Thanks Chipotle Staff!! Don't get rid of the guac. Its the best part of my visits! haha See you all soon!!

Yesterday I was at this location. I ordered a double chicken. Double steak bowl with guacamole on the side. When add the guacamole to my food there was a skin in my guacamole. All I wanted was a replacement of my guacamole, asked to speak to the manager about the process and they just need to be it how they do it because I would be terrified if my nephew had a burrito and they choked on it. When speaking to the manager she told me she understood but then told me if I would of tasted it, I should be able to spit it out. That's like telling me if I had a piece of hair in my food I can just pull it out. To be a manager she wasn't very understanding at all. I think as a manager you should be able to understand where the customer is coming from. I felt talk to her I was being belittled because of her tone and her saying "ya.. ya. Ya" every time I finished a sentence. I honestly never wanted a refund. I knew I was going to pay going to the restaurant. But her solution was a simple return. My biggest worry is If someone else's child could of choked on it. I truly this reaches someone that would understand where I'm coming from. It's not about free it's about safety. Giving 2 stars for service. Food is always good there. God bless

Excellent customer service at this location. Place was busy and there was a small issue with my order. Without my pressing for it they worked quickly to rectify and make sure I was happy. Well done! If you go here, you pretty much know what you're getting food-wise, so my 5 star review is for the experience and staff.

Gave it a second chance & the service was even worse than the first time I went. Received attitude from 2 different employees & left just plain out mad. The food tasted better the 2nd time around but wasn't up to par compared to what I've had from other chipotles. Oh well..

My first and last time eating Chipotle. This is not Mexican food. This is watered down white people version of Mexican food. Our order was wrong. I ordered a steak burrito and a kids build your own taco plate. My kid wanted and asked for carnitas and got spicy flavorless steak. She of course did not eat it. My burrito was just flavorless. Never coming back. Never ever. Like ever.

one word, monster-burritos! I ate a baby sized burrito! I'm by no means a small guy but this extra chicken burrito dominated my hands! It tasted great and that was the cherry on top!

Was in the area of Moreno Valley and was craving for Chipotle so I decided to come to this location. The line to this location was a bit longer than expected on a weekday. I decided to get a steak bowl with brown rice, lettuce, tomatoes, mild with sour cream. The rice was way too hard, they also gave very little meat and lettuce in their bowls. Their meat was also very plain and hard. The cashier also overcharged me and charged me for extra meat where I had to wait for the manager to refund me. So the manager gave me a refund but he did not take the initiative to make an apology where I just wanted to make their job easier by adding back extra meat but the cashier said it would not be possible. Overall I would not recommend this location when it comes to the service and quality, instead I would go to the one in Downtown Riverside.

Pretty good food. Both my husband and i got burritos. We ordered online and picked up the food. We were 10 min late picking it up, but it was still warm. My husband found a lot of rice in his burrito when he ordered it without, an avocado butt, and a hunk of fat in his steak. It was decent food for a reasonable price, but i don't see driving out of my way to eat here, nor would i spend my money on it. If i had a gift card then i might eat here again.

I AM SO GRATEFUL THIS HAS OPENED IN MORENO VALLEY. This is the best thing that has happened to my hometown in forever. Wow. So the sofritas are delicious. The veggies are fresh. The staff are funny. The place is clean. Everything is so yummy I want to come here every day but then I'd get bored and probably broke as well. After years of the eyesore Qdoba, this is a true gift from the Gods.

Just came here because I was really hungry and knew chipotle never disappointed in the portions they gave. Got a bowl with a tortilla on a side. First off, they started off giving me half the portions of steak so I asked for a little more and they have me two pieces of steak so I asked for more 3 more times and he gave me 1 piece then I gave up. After getting small portions of everything I opened my tortilla and realized that I couldn't even make a burrito from my bowl because of how over cooked my tortilla was. I don't know if this happened because it was "busy" or not but I was so disappointed in them. I would not come back here again with the portions I paid for to have it so small. To compensate my small portioned meal, I took 3 Tabasco sauces home for myself for the first time because of this. Thank you guys.

Just yesterday I went during my lunch and had the worse experience by far! It wasn't a busy afternoon and I walk up and ask for a bowl to go. The guy is literally scrapping the last of the white rice into my bowl. gives me some crazy amount of beans with some burned chicken and didnt even give me a full spoon of chicken and when i asked for more chicken he said i would have to pay for it. what do you mean i have to pay for it? you didnt even give me a normal serving!! then i ask for a side of pico de gallo salsa and the guy looks at me like i'm nuts when i tell him to put it on the side not inside my bowl. then we get to the sour cream and cheese and i get this HUGE lump of sour cream and after i said easy cheese i get this HUGE handfull of cheese. i wish they were as generous with the meat just like they are with the crazy amounts of cheese. i didnt even eat it put it that way. i got to my car opened it and it didnt even apetize me. i threw it away!! LAST time i visit this chipotle location.

This is my first review on here and frankly it's not a good one. I swear by chipotle all the time I think there food is always amazing no matter what I try..which was still the case today..BUT what was so awful about our visit was the service, and not to mention it was from the manager (older gentlemen with tattoos) this wasn't the first time I have experienced horrible service from him either. I think as a manager you need to set an example for your employees and this man does no such thing with his rude attitude, awful speaking skills and mad facial expressions.

  • Matthew J.

Crowded most of the time but that says a lot. Good food and friendly staff. You will be happy. Money worth spent. But their portion sizing sucks. They give you a scoop full and then shake it to get some off, then put it in your order.

This is a smaller Chipotle and lines can get long, but they do move fast. Employees are helpful and friendly while trying to get customers through the line. I tried the newer vegan option, sofritas, for the first time in a salad. I was very impressed with the flavorful and spicy tofu pieces. Chiptole is a good option for healthy fast food with fresh ingredients and custom made orders. Want veggies added?...no problem. No sour cream?...you bet. Half cilantro-lime rice and half brown?...just ask. For vegetarians, you can order any thing off the menu without meat and their black beans are vegetarian. Thanks for keepin it veggie friendly!

The team memeber making the food had a bored/poor attitude. She gave me chicken in my burrito instead of steak... i didnt bother correcting her cause im not a picky eater. Luckily her co-workers were more enthusiastic and welcoming which made it 3 stars instead of 2. The food was great as always.

Had a bomb chicken salad with ALL the fixins. Think that will be my new choice, instead of the burrito, although I do like the burrito. Had to have a side of the tortilla chips to compliment my salad, and I enjoyed them both :-)

YOU MADE ME CRY CHIPOTLE, WHY :''( I was highly disappointed. Maybe it was this location, who knows. I ordered a chicken bowl with everything except guac (which by they way they charge $1.90 for) The white rice was out and I had to wait a few min for the new batch. I opted for brown rice instead. Bad idea, brown rice was so hard it felt like I was eating hard quinoa. Veggies were fresh except for the corn. The corn was bland and it looked like it had seen a ghost. It had such a light shade of yellow it made me wonder how old was the can they got it from. The cheese seemed more stringy than shredded and it tasted different than the cheese at other Chipotles. This made me wonder if the management was just being cheap w/ their ingredients. Staff was polite and attentive. Their Nantucket drinks are always delicious. Will not be coming back though. At least not to this location.

Worse Portions Ever!!!!!!!! I've been to many and never seen such terrible portions being served. I couldn't believe my eyes when I seen how little each guest was receiving and being charged the same high prices. A customer ahead asked if they can add more chicken cause they gave to little employee rudely stated that it would be extra even though the customer clearly got cheated. I watched as like 10 guest go cheated and was not about to be the 11th. Will never come back to this location.

I love the food expensive tho. The lady that took my order really needs a drink of water it's so weird, let me describe this voice. High high pitch squeeky scratchy poor girl maybe over worked she really needs a break and 8oz of water , a chubby girl wanted to know what I was talking about when we were taking among our selves we told her we are talking to each other but she still wanted to know what we were talking about about what? Why dose she want to know about our daughter' s eye glasses I told her we were talking about our daughter she said huh? My husband said it just between me and my wife the huge glass is hard for customer and employee to communicate After working all day and want to buy food instead of cooking I come home with my family's food and passing it out and I discovered my daughter's kids meal was missing the did not give me the kids meal I'm really hungry and tired from working on my feet all day I don't want to drive back right now so she is making hot pocket 27 dollars for my family's dinner half of my tip of a days work

Ok, so here's the real scoop. Ignore all the one stars who have never been to Chipotle before. This Chipotle is the best thing that has happened to Moreno Valley in a long time, let's be honest. Their meat is organically raised with no antibiotics or hormones, they use as much local/organic produce as possible, and they offer fresh, tasty, healthy alternatives--something this city desperately needs. I have lived in OC, LA, and IE and the taste of this chipotle is on point. Some new locations don't always prep the food as well, this one does. Yes, the workers are a little slow/awkward, but I've experienced 3 Chipotle openings (as a customer) and they always take a push to get the hang of things. **Quick tip to any vegans or vegetarians: When you get a veggie bowl that amazing guacamole is on the house. SCORE! And I always get a big tortilla on the side when I order a burrito bowl. More bang for your buck. ;)

I was so excited when I heard one was opening near my home in MV. The first time I ate here I was sadly disappointed. The building was so small, there was no place to sit, and the food was not good. I've since been back twice and things have not improved. The seating is uncomfortable and I've yet to be in the restaurant when it was clean. This place should not even be called chipotle. The food isn't even half as good as the other chipotles I've eaten at. How disappointing! From now on I'll drive to Redlands or Riverside to get my chipotle fix.

The only reason I gave it a star was cause I had to. This has been the worst chipotle I've ever been to. The chips were stale and crappy, the meat was nothing but fatty hard chunks and the portions were terrible. The price for guacamole?... Seriously! The only thing that was good was the lemonade, but it was definitely not worth the $17 we spent on a burrito and a bowl. terrible business

I don't normally write about products or places. I figure my business is good enough, and I'm more about word of mouth with my friends, but I decided corporate had to know about this new establishment. Might I begin with I have been eating at Chipotle since 2006, typically at the Redlands location on Orange and 6th. When I moved to Washington state, the few Chipotle's I found were pieces of heaven. When taking my niece to LA for clothes, you better believe I stopped at the Chipotle I found randomly when we got lost. I am in love with the high standards and delicious food I receive. This is all wiped away by this establishment. I thought I had have good food, but this proved me wrong. I was never expecting a food chain to do this to me. IT WAS BETTER THEN ANY OF THE OTHER CHIPOTLES! I know, it sounds a bit dramatic, but I'm not joking. I have eaten here 6 times since it has opened - and let me just say: it blows the other Chipotle establishments out of the water. True, I will never forget the managers I have become friends with, where they knew me by order, by face, would comp me food for being a loyal customer... but I have found my newest place to call my home away from home. Everytime I have entered energetic, happy faces await, I have always been welcomed, and it doesn't matter what my order is, the servers love it, compliment it, and make me feel good. Believe me - that isn't a natural phenomenon for me, I'm a fat white girl, most people over-look me; but not at this Chipotle. I honestly am in love with this place. I don't know if it's because it's new, or because the people hired were chosen specially for their charm, or if the managers are just that amazing, but the Fredrick Chipotle is simply the BEST Chipotle I have gone too. Today P******(removed for security reasons), one of the team members, took time during her break to tell us more about the food at Chipotle. She explained that she normally washed dishes, so we could be reassured everything was cleaned by her, and that the cheese was shredded daily, the lettuce chopped daily, and that the raw meat never lasted more then a day. i was impressed by how much she loved her job! I told her thank you for being so upbeat, today had been a tiring day for me so seeing her happy face was a breath of fresh air. She then asked me kindly on her break to pull a little joke on her manager, K****, calling her out saying a customer had something to say. She was prompt, friendly, though a little nervous. When I told her everything that she has done was right, and I loved being there, she literally glowed. This is an amazing team. Though, I do have one complaint, as everyone is bound to have at least one: it isn't close enough to Moreno Valley College, how am I supposed to get my boss to buy lunch here if it is so far away? lol Seriously though, keep up the amazing work, I love this place to no end. When I transfer to a different college I already know I will be coming back here because this Chipotle really sets the bar high for all of the others.

Yay, Moreno Valley got a Chipotle. Boo, it sucks. The inside of this Chipotle is ugly. Granted, Chipotles aren't usually fancy schmancy but this one just seemed...old. The cushions on some of the chairs seem like they've been worn out prior to their arrival at this restaurant. It's small, but at least it has an outside seating area. I understand that this is a NEW Chipotle, but wow I really cannot stand how disorganized it is. There were around seven employees behind the counter while other Chipotles only had like four at most. So many of their employees didn't look like they had a clue with what was going on. There was only one employee actually working and being nice enough to come around and check on how customers were doing. She was probably making up for the lack of decency her fellow employees had. The primary gripe that I had with this location was the amount and quality of the food. Usually, Chipotle burrito bowls usually have rice, beans, meat, etc. stacked a little over the brim of the bowl. But NO. I had like one small scoop of rice, one small scoop of chicken, and a load of cheese. Oh yeah, my chicken...was cold. I understand that layering "fresh" ingredients on top of the meat would make it less hot, but the whole chicken (inside and out) was cold! What the heck! Now the taste of a usual Chipotle burrito bowl was the same at this location as with others, but I sure do hope that they get their act together pronto.

DO NOT come here unless you have 30 minutes to wait in line for your food to be prepared. I counted 12 people working, yet the service was still slower than a snail's pace.

Love the veggie burrito. The lime cilantro rice rocks.

I have always loved chipotle and I was ecstatic when I found out that this location opened up! I didn't have the same problems as the other reviewers since the portions they gave me were good. I think generally portions at chipotle vary depending on the worker...so I usually just ask them for extra rice or sauce if I felt like the worker put too little. Since the workers are still new, they probably just need some time to settle in.

I wasn't a really big fan of this particular chipotle when it first opened. I still remember when I went in to get a burrito and the girl didn't even know how to fold the tortilla into a burrito (sad). My biggest issue was the amounts given at this location. I really never felt like I was getting the proper amount of anything : chicken, veggies, rice, beans etc. This resulted in me not going anymore because I felt it was too expensive to pay for a burrito bowl and it wasn't even stacked to the top like at other chipotle locations. Recently my husband and I ordered take out from chipotle and it was GREAT!!! I was skeptic of course that I was going to end up getting a small amount of food so I added extra meats. My burrito bowl consisted of the sofritas, brown rice, black beans, and everything else. When I opened my bowl it was stacked up beautifully! I couldn't have been any happier. But I also think if maybe it was because I added extra meat. Who knows, all I know is that my husband and I were both satisfied.

So the line was ok, the guy wasnt knowledgeable about a kids meal and inpatient when i asked a question, the rest of the prep for our order was slow and annoying, the cashier was rude. I went to the counter to buy more chips for my daughter, whille I was waiting to be assisted I noticed the guy in back with NO GLOVES prepping the guacamole, TOUCHING HIS FACE, RUB HIS NOSE AND CONTINUE TO PREP, I asked the cashier the policy and was laughed at, are you fucking kidding me!! Then I call and the manager acted like their clean and explaining to me their hand-washing policy which wasnt applicable because that guy never was his hands after touching his face and nose. So I will not be eating their again, nor will I recommend it either. TIP, wash your hands, wear gloves, follow the food card policies...absolutely disgusting!!!

Let it be known that I love Chipotle. Never had a bad experience until I came here. Specifically this location is AWFUL. Employees were too busy talking to each other to take my order when I walked in, they didn't listen to me when I said I wanted to place two orders, had to go back in line to get my second meal, and even after going BACK to tell them what I wanted, they still messed up! I had to go into the building a second time to get it right, and even then when I got home, I noticed they'd messed up still. They were too busy with hurrying me along (only one other person in line besides me, obviously care more about continuing their conversation than customer service). I'll never return to this Chipotle location AGAIN.

I had never been to Chipotle or had eaten anything from there. So on my first visit I guess you can say I had some expectations because it seemed that everyone was raving about it, how it is so good and that they love the place. I didn't know what to order or how the ordering worked until my boyfriend had told me. Let me just say now that I don't like corn, or beans, or rice, in my burrito. Some people may like a that, but I don't. So, when it time to order my food I had to speak louder because they are behind glass fixing the food. I had gotten a burrito with carnitas. The amount of meat that they put in the burrito is a joke. I could gone somewhere else with the price we paid with more meat in the burrito. Oh and if you want more meat they charge you for it. In my simple burrito there was somewhat carnitas, guacamole, lettuce, and salsa. The burrito had more guacamole and lettuce than anything else. When we paid it came out to about 22dollars. For the 2burritos, chips, and 2 drinks that we got, it seemed like it should've been less. I went to get ice tea, it showed on the label that it was sweetened, but when I drank it, it was unsweetened. I don't get why people love this place so much. Maybe because it had salad as an option, but I am pretty sure you can make or get a salad somewhere else a lot cheaper than for the price they are asking. I was so disappointed and never going to another Chipotle again.

I've tried to give this location a chance but the rude customer service and the hassle over portions makes it not worth the effort.

According to some reviews here the Moval mob is throwin' out the negative vibe but My wife and I like Chipotle. It's a heckuva lot better than an empty Blockbuster store and the food we had was actually very good, my wife had the steak Chipotle bowl and I had the barbacoa burrito and they were both deelish. The line was out the door so apparently a lot of people enjoy it, glad to see another business opening at Towngate Center and can't wait for BevMo to open.

I've had mixed feelings about this Chipotle. Sometimes their food is on point and other times..its meh, mediocre. I've worked at Chipotle before so I know how the food is supposed to taste and what not. Generally, the meat is delicious and moist. Sometimes it has been a bit dry. However, most of the staff has been super friendly and accommodating to my weird requests that I picked up while working at Chipotle in San Francisco. I personally feel they are a little slow in comparison to the location I worked at. But, always have had a pleasant experience here.

My husband and I absolutely love chipotle, but this location has the worst service. The line was super long (which is normal) but it didn't move for 10 minutes.. once I got to the food, the employee there was super rude. I asked for a steak bowl and he literally put like 6 pieces of steak in there. When I asked him for more meat, he told me it would be 2.35 extra for a little more steak.. really? I think he purposely put a little meat in there so we would have to pay extra.. even the lady next to me saw how rude he was..

The food was standard Chipotle...its a chain restaurant, so that's a good mark. The staff was okay, had to continuously repeat my order because they couldn't hear me. The restaurant is SMALL, even with their outdoor seating. Their drink station and add-on station is steps from the bathrooms, which didn't seem clean.

Nothing special here but overpriced burritos I've had better burritos down the street from the ma and pa places. My total was 18.09 for two burritos and a drink i paid with a 20.00 and my change was 1.91 i offered to give her 9 cents to receive 2.00 back and at this point she got so confused she told me she couldn't because their computer had already done its thing. Omg gets some people with some minimal math skills before you put them on a register.

Foods is as good as the other chipotles. Good Portions. Delicious. Service is okay. Placed an online order. I guess they didn't think I was serious. They started making it when I got there. What's the point of the online order if its not ready when u get there. They were fast about making it though. This location is small but I don't eat there anyways I always get my food to go. I like it. Works for me and i am sooo glad that it's close by my house. :) I have eaten here about 4 times since they opened. My dad even loved it and he's picky. :)

The service was a little shaky when they first opened but the last several times I've gone in I've been helped very quickly and efficiently. Also I used my Sofritas voucher to try the burrito bowl and they gave me another voucher to use next time! That is excellent customer service!

While I have already sent my review to corporate, I just wanted to give a little review about how great the service at this location, and especially those who are "Passionate' about what they do - and they know who they are (smile). While the food is always wonderful, today I noticed the store was REALLY cold. In fact we were the only patrons still inside, and heard several say it was just too cold and sat outside. There was only one associate who went above and beyond to assist us, and because of her I will be back!

Outstanding customer service. As soon as you walk in you can feel good vibes all around. The GM really takes pride in his work and it shows. The food to go with it is just an added plus.

Okay here's the deal... The lunch bell rings and I decide to try out this brand spanking new chipotle, that finally arrived in Moreno Valley. Since they already have a good reputation, I really did not expect a too bad of an experience, I was wrong. First off, the place is tiny! Smallest chipotle I have ever been too. I mean they purchased a part of a old blockbuster so they could have made it a nice environment... But they did not :/ the chairs we reused from who knows where and the only thing that seemed to be new was the polish they used to wax the floor. It felt like a "refurbished" chipotle. Now to the food. Everyone knows how big their burritos are and how much they give in a bowl, however, this was not the case at this location. The burritos were smaller than del tacos macho combos! And the bowl I ordered did not even reach the brim. Instead of a burrito bowl (which is suppose to be a meal) I received something that looked like a side salad from Wendy's. All in all very disappointed and will definitely think twice, no three times before I go back.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
